Dear All,

My respects to you All.

Auspiciousness and Peace be to All.

1) The world we live is filled with endless sorrow, pain and disaster.

2) Only morons and insensitive people will say that there is no suffering in life – themselves living in some fool’s paradise.

3) Gautama Buddha said that the tears shed by Humanity out of suffering is voluminously bigger than all the oceans of the world.

4) Though the overall picture of life on earth seems a joyful one,and everyone clings to life tenaciously, – each person is steeply dipped in sorrow, pain, suffering, dissatisfaction, anxiety, discontent, with some meager, little passing, so-called pleasures.

5) A free person apparently seems to be like a moron, or an insensitive person, without revealing any signs of his awareness of the sorrow and pain of the world.

6) He either seems to be cranky, or to be absorbed in some childish bliss.

7) But, actually, the free person is the one who is acutely aware of the sorrows of the world.

8) He knows, however real the suffering may be, it is not actual.

9) But he respects with an understanding heart, the suffering people, though he cannot participate in their misery, keeping aloof from them.

10) People mostly suffer due to ignorance of their true nature, arrogance, stupidity, greed, unbridled instinctive passions, and various kinds of karmic afflictions.

11) They don’t want to deliver themselves and pretend to depend on some Savior.

12) A free person though compassionate, will not show compassion to a sufferer, because it won’t save the sufferer, but will make him take it as a support to stick on to his misery – making him feeling great.

13) One should learn to deliver oneself.

14) Thought is the main conductor of misery.

15) Learn to be immune to thoughts.

16) When a depressing thought tries to enter you – SAY NO TO IT!

17) Be firm, and stay adamantly in the LIGHT OF YOUR NON-BEING.

18) Depressing thought is like an oil spread floor that can jerk you, slip you down.

19) Depressing thought is a shifting sand that will ditch you into morbid states of pain suffering.

20) Practice to be detached from emotional contact with your blood relationship people.

21) Affection on father, mother, son, daughter etc. are the easy portal for the entry of sorrow of the world.

22) Learn to treat your blood relations, just as other fellow human beings!

23) In the beginning, it will be bit difficult – but soon you can do that, because death ends everything related and not related.

24) Never allow the PAST to affect you, whether it is the past of last year or last minute. BE FRESH ALWAYS!

25) These are little sharp clues to be free from sorrow and pain.

26) All along REMEMBER YOUR OWN TRANSIENT NATURE THAT SOON YOU WILL BE GONE FOR EVER NEVER TO RETURN HERE!

27) THUS LIFE WILL BECOME FULL OF PEACE, HAPPINESS, AND FREEDOM AND SOMETIMES A FUN TOO!

Regards,

Justine
